Sorry for probably beating a dead horse, but does Exutioner have mh efft in PVE? I am going to ehant for MongoosePotey but am wondering if Exutioner outranks Potey. It’s better than both Mongoose and Potey in PvE, tually. The onlyaveat is it doesn’t stk, so rather than ExutionerExutioner you usually want ExutionerPotey or ExutionerMongoose, with Exe on the MH.

it also semi-ales with gear. if you’re in greensblues, exutioner will not do as mh for you as say mongoose. Also, if your gear is lking, potey on your OH is probably a better bet than mongoose.

I’ve heard there’s plenty of people out there who are going ExEx ehants just bause, even though they don’t stk, they’ll still refresh the duration, and that’s usually better than any other ehant wean get.
